When you change your phone or install FaxApp again, it is possible that the app may not recognize your existing active subscription. To fix any such situation, please follow:

  1. Make sure you are using the same Apple ID on your iPhone/iPad with which you subscribed to a plan.
  2. Make sure you have an active subscription.
  3. Open FaxApp.
  4. Follow the screen to get a subscription plan when you try to send the first Fax.
  5. On the screen, instead of selecting a plan, tap on the Restore button on the bottom right.
  6. This will try to recognize your existing active subscrioption. If it is found with Apple, the app will be restored with that subscription and show the home screen.
  7. In case your subscription is expired or never subscribed, it will show a message and display the same screen so you can purchase a plan.
